Returns
At Chakra Orchids, we take pride in the quality and condition of our orchid plants. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are considered final once the purchase is made.

Refunds for Damaged or Dead Products
We understand that despite our best efforts, some products may arrive in a damaged or dead condition. In such unfortunate instances, customers are required to share photographs of the product, the shipping package, and the invoice copy to support their claim. This documentation is necessary for us to assess the situation and issue a refund accordingly.

Customers have 5 days from the time of delivery to register a damage claim. Claims reported after the 5 day window will not be eligible for a refund. Upon reviewing the claim, if we find that the product was indeed delivered in a damaged or dead condition, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days of acceptance of the claim.

No Return Shipping
Please note that there are no return shipping options available, as returns are not accepted. We advise all our customers to carefully review their orders before making a purchase.

This policy ensures that we can continue to deliver high-quality orchids while providing protection and recourse in the rare event that products are compromised during shipping.
